What is The Skill Zone?
The Skill Zone is a purpose-built off-ice training room located inside Slough Ice Arena, operated in partnership with Everyone Active. Whether you're a seasoned player looking to sharpen your shooting and stickhandling, or a complete beginner curious about the sport — this is the place for you.
Full-size shooting board and pads to practice your shot mechanics.
Synthetic ice tiles with obstacles for puck control drills.
Training equipment focused on hockey-specific strength and agility.
Drop-in and booked sessions available throughout the week.
How It Works
Booking is simple — all sessions are managed through the Everyone Active app. Follow the steps below to get started.
Available free on iOS and Android — search "Everyone Active" in your app store.
Use your existing membership or register as a guest user to browse sessions.
Search for Slough Ice Arena, then select The Skill Zone from available activities.
Choose from available slots, confirm your booking, and you're done. See you on the pad.
Never Played Before?
Never laced up a pair of skates or held a stick? No problem. Our "Have a Go" sessions are designed for complete beginners — no experience, no equipment, no problem.
